Summary
The two-day event organized by NeuroPSI in partnership with the Chen Institute marked the official celebration of the migration of NeuroPSI to its brand new building and its partnership with the Chen Institute. Their collective purpose was to exchange and deliberate upon their ideas, as well as present their pioneering research projects, through a series of engaging and enlightening symposia including invited plenary speakers and short talks from NeuroPSI's young researchers. Additionally, the onsite poster sessions offered an overview of the ongoing research form the 22 teams of the NeuroPSI Institute, thereby giving a unique opportunity to promote exchanges and emerging collaborations. With the gracious support of the Tianqiao and Chrissy Chen Institute and c-Brains, this conference achieved resounding success, offering an exceptional platform for advancing our comprehension of the intricacies of the brain and fostering the development of innovative approaches in evolution, cognitive neuroscience, and cell signaling. To mark the occasion, the organizers invited an excellent selection of plenary speakers and keynote speakers, including the Nobel Laureate Prof. Michael Rosbash - with the aim to cover the large diversity of scientific research at the host institute. The thematic organization of all the sessions, with each plenary talk followed by short talks by the students and young researchers of NeuroPSI, provided a highly engaging experience for the audience.
